banana splits

Somehow while I was out this week Emily and Neil realized that Emily had never had a banana split.  We solved that problem on Saturday.

Easter

That's right Elijah is 10.  He and Neil went to DC for his birthday.

BC States

The State meet for kids with B and C times was last weekend.  If you have no idea what that means don't worry its really not important for the pictures.  Elijah and Emily both swam well and it was fun to watch them though I do not recommend handling the time change by getting up at 6am to drive to a swim meet while its still dark outside.

Elijah improved all but one of his times by a good bit and won his heat in the 100 im.

sort of snow

It snowed all day Saturday but almost nothing stuck so this was the best we could do with the playing outside.  I think they made it about 20 minutes.  Neil and I stayed on the porch and in the house.

Daddy Dance

Emily and Neil went to a Daddy Daughter dance last weekend.
